Rocklin Average Sales Price Still Increasing
By now, the world knows that the average sales price in Rocklin has been on a meteoric upswing. How much has the average sales price increased?

Over the last 6 months, the average sales price in the 95765 zip code of Rocklin has increased over 21%!
Houses come on the market and are gone. Nothing lasts more than a couple of weeks unless it’s overpriced and there have been a few of those. The number of homes available for sale has dwindled down to not much.
In all of the 95765 zip code, as of this writing, there are only 36 homes currently for sale in either “active” or “active short sale” status. The number of homes available has decreased 12.5% over the last 6 months. lack of homes to sell and historically low interest rates are driving home prices up and up.

Average Sales Price Increases Over 21%
As the graph below shows, the averages sales price in Rocklin has been going up steadily. While there was a small blip down in March, the market is still up 21.2%. This won’t last, as it didn’t in the last run up in home values. Will it come back down? Will values just stabilize or will the rate of increase just be less dramatic going forward?
What we know right now is that the economy, while sluggish, is making a come back and that’s being reflected in real estate sales in Rocklin.
