After just under a year on the market, one of the nicest homes in Rocklin is finally sold.

This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 4000 square foot beauty was on the market for 306 days. It was a short sale and sometimes these take an inordinate amount of time to get done.

Originally, it was on the market for just over a month with several price adjustments when it got an offer that stuck. The listing price was reduced down from $769,000 to $699,000 with two stops in between. One at $746,000 and another at $722,000. When the price was finally reduced to $699,000, that drew an offer that worked.

The final selling price was $725,000 and it was either a highest and best situation with competing offers or the lender did their appraisal and which showed the value to be $725,000. In any event, I consider this to be a great deal for this stunning home.
