How Much Did Rocklin Home Sales Price Increase?

Over the last six months, Rocklin home sales price has increased 11.4% over the last six months. Although the graph shows that prices declined in May, I’m sure that will be reversed in June. Small dips in the average sales price in Rocklin and other communities are common month over month.
Over the last year, the average sales price in Rocklin has increased over 30%. Very reminiscent of the 2001 through 2005 run up, don’t you think?
Interest rates have been increasing steadily since May 3rd and this could put a damper on Rocklin home sales prices continuing this upward trend. While the evidence seems to point to this rebound in Rocklin home sales prices being strong, it could level out and slow.
In all honesty, that would not be a bad thing. Homes are still very affordable when compared to how high values got in the bubble years.
