DR Horton Rocklin – New Construction
Holy Dirt Moving!
The new DR Horton Rocklin construction site on the border of Blue Oaks and Sonora Pass Road is proceeding pretty quickly. There is so much dirt to move that I’m having a hard time believing they will be ready for foundations before winter.
The city planning department has said that they plan to build somewhere in the neighborhood of 115 homes between two parcels bordering Blue Oaks Blvd and Sonora Pass Road. This would also mean homes near the park and Rock Creek Elementary.
I’m planning on getting more information regarding the home styles and amenities from DR Horton directly in the next few weeks. In the meantime, below is a gallery of photos I took around the new community of homes.
