The highest priced home sold in June 2013 was 4100 Legend Drive sold at $845,000. This home is a real beauty and it seems like $845K, down from a listing price of $859K, is a pretty good value for all this home has to offer.
Aside from the awesome location off of Whitney Oaks Drive, it’s a custom home and has 39 solar panels defraying that already high PG&E electricity rates. Depending on the lease for the panels, this will save the buyer a lot of money. It also comes with a tankless water heater and newer high efficiency air conditioning.
It sits on a 1/3 of an acre with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and just a little interior space at almost 3800 square feet and a golf course view (the 11th tee at Whitney Oaks I believe). Just a quaint vacation home! 🙂
While this isn’t my favorite location in this area, it certainly not the worst or ever close to it. 🙂
