My buyers and I had been searching homes in Rocklin, Lincoln and Roseville for about 2 months while their home was in escrow and finally found this beauty in the Long Meadow subdivision by John Mourier off of Blue Oaks. The home was built in 2007 and is in beautiful condition.
The transaction was difficult however due to a title company that did less than their best job as well as other complications I’ll refrain from mentioning. The seller’s were great people and my buyers are thrilled with their new home.
My buyers got the home at $460,000, $5,000 less than the asking price. When I ran the comps I found that to be a good deal for the area..not too high or too low. It’s 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and just over 2600 square feet, no pool or spa included.
