Homes For Sale Increases To Over 138% In May
While it seems that Rocklin home sales are moving along nicely, there are signs everywhere that the recovery is still underway. While the number of homes available for sale has increased exponentially, there is still only 2 months of homes for sale at the current pace of sales.
Inventory up and sales down would normally point to decreasing home values but that’s not the case either. The market is just chugging along in recovery mode from what all of the experts are saying. It’s still a good time to buy or sell as it appears that we’re in an appreciative market.
