West Rocklin Homes Value Decrease Dramatically
First, it’s been a while since I’ve posted anything as I’ve just been as busy as I can be helping my clients sell and buy Rocklin homes. Mix that with family demands as well as my community service activity…Geez what a busy time it’s been for me.
Today I was updating my “Rocklin Home Value Report” and I was a bit startled to see the following graph. When I first came to Rocklin in 2002 and began in real estate, I was told by many in the industry that the Sacramento region followed the San Francisco Bay area as far as activity was concerned. It would lag a bit but nonetheless would somewhat mirror the market there.
I guess those days are over LOL.
The graph below shows what’s been going on in the real estate market with regard to Rocklin homes value since August of 2014. Frankly, I’m a little surprised. While sales are up slightly over last year so far,the average sales price since August has come down and has been trending that way for months.

While it can be clearly seen that the average Rocklin homes sales prices have fluctuated slightly over the 10 months, the downward trend is just that…a trend. Let’s hope it turns around!
