The only way to know what the market is for any home is to get butts through the door and the only way to do that is to have great marketing and make the initial listing price look like a value to the market.
Only when you’ve got many people seeing the home will you know what the market actually is. The more people who see it, the more offers you will have. The more offers you have, the higher the price will go.
Doesn’t that sound like a better option than having to reduce the listing price of your home over and over to get it sold? It’s a recipe for losing money is all. Who wants that? Not me, that’s for sure.
