This sale happened off of the MLS. The buyer contacted me having already struck a deal with the seller and asked if I would represent them in the purchase of the home. Generally, I would only do this for clients that I have worked for in the past but am considering offering this service in the future.

The house is beautiful with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms at 2923 square feet on more than a 1/3 of an acre. What really sells this home is the amazing backyard with full kitchen, patio covering and pool. It’s an entertaining dream. Lots of upgrades. Honestly, I think it could have sold for more but the seller was willing to take less as they saved on commissions by not being represented.
The seller and buyer agreed to a $3500 credit back for some repairs but other than that the transaction was somewhat smooth. (more to come on that!)
