The 95678 zip code of Roseville borders Rocklin to the north, the 95747 zip code of Roseville to the west, the 95661 zip code to the east and Citrus Heights to the south.

Like the other zip codes in Roseville, everything is available.  Great schools, shopping, parks and recreational opportunities.

Roseville is one of the best cities in the state in my opinion.  It’s very well run and they provide lots of great services to it’s residents.

Westfield Galleria, Mike Shellito Indoor Pool, Oldtown Roseville and the railroad area.

Oldtown Downtown and Vernon Street have been revitalized over the years.  Great restaurants and business have made this area pop.

The city has built and are building, as of this writing, more parking to accommodate the increased traffic around the area.  Newer restaurants like Monk’s Cellars and Ninja Sushi are hot spots on Vernon Street.  It’s a great area.

Home prices, as of this writing, range from the high $100,000’s to well over $600,000.
