Another Cresleigh Springs Listing Sold Over Full Price
This was the easiest sale I’ve had in some time mainly because there wasn’t another agent involved in the sale. 
Eliminating one party from the equation makes everything so much easier on me and everyone involved.
The sellers moved to Santa Clarita, in southern California. The buyers called me to say that there was mail for them so I called the sellers to let them know.
The sellers told me during the call that they were in escrow on a home in Santa Clarita and that I had spoiled them. I guess the agent they are using there doesn’t take the time that I did to explain all of the nuances of the home sales process. They were very complimentary of the service that I provided them and thanked my profusely.
Then there’s the buyers.
We had a hiccup along the way and I thought their home warranty had been “handled” as I understood it would be. Come to find out it had not been handled in a way unacceptable to me so I took care of my clients. This is always my primary concern.
They, too, were very complimentary of my services to them. So much so that they took the time to write me a review on Yelp. Here’s what they wrote:
I really don’t have anything to add to this. This is what it’s all about; sell a home, represent both parties and they are both thrilled with your work. It just doesn’t get any better than that. I don’t know how it could.
